Provider WebinarOverviewProvider webinars are a popular element of Institute of Commercial Payment's (IOCP) education program, providing learning opportunities and resources for Commercial Card and Payment professionals. Your organization can take advantage of a provider webinar to present content ranging from sales- and product-focused to educational and gain the undivided attention of IOCP's extensive industry audience. You can showcase your organization's expertise on an industry topic or demonstrate your Commercial Card and Payment technology, products and services in a 60-minute provider webinar. Institute of Commercial Payments uses Teams to facilitate the webinar and manage the online registration process. Attendees will not pay a fee; however, they will be required to pre-register. If preferred, provider webinars can be restricted to end-users only. You will receive a post-event attendee list. Ideally, the registration period for each provider webinar should be eight to 10 weeks ahead of the event to ensure ample time to market the event. This gives maximum exposure on our website and in our communications to our over 19,000 members and subscribers. FormatWe record each provider webinar (based on permission) for our store, available to view complimentary to members and subscribers. The recording is usually available within one week of the provider webinar. The recording will not be shared with the sponsoring company outside of IOCP's store. A typical provider webinar agenda includes a brief introduction by IOCP, a 45- to 50- minute presentation and a 10- to 15- minute Q&A session. The sponsoring company has the option to utilize the entire 60 minutes or designate a shorter presentation time. Online registration will be managed through IOCP's event registration system. Provider Virtual RoundtableOverviewProvider virtual roundtables offer a unique way to captivate a targeted audience in a 20- to 60-minute live discussion on today's latest topics. A successful event incorporates educational content along with the speakers sharing their webcams and creating engaging conversations. Provider virtual roundtables gather an average of 65-90 attendees. As a sponsor, you can choose to restrict registration to end-users only, or open to all (including providers). This event would be free to attend for our members and subscribers. FormatWe record each provider webinar (based on permission) for our store, available to view complimentary to members and subscribers. Institute of Commercial Payments uses Microsoft Teams (Teams) for virtual roundtables. Teams provide the opportunity for speakers and attendees to share their webcam, unmute themselves and use the chat function throughout the event. An IOCP representative will be present to moderate as needed. A typical provider virtual roundtable consists of a brief introduction, minimal presentation slides and engaging conversation topics.
